I love this wedding. Everything about it was extremely personal and spiritual… from the Father of the Bride’s speech down to the quote on the wedding favors: “For small creatures such as we, the vastness is bearable only through love.”
I wish Alex and Cami a long a happy life, thank you so much for letting me be a part of it.

Love all of them. The black and white portraits of the bride and groom especially stand out as they remind me of old John Ford Westerns (that’s a high compliment, I think). The car reflection shot is stupendous! The most wonderful photo though is the full length of the bride with one hand holding her opposite elbow. This is a courageous shot for a wedding photographer since it suggests longing and even a bittersweet aloneness. Again coincidently (or maybe not) this was John Wayne’s famous pose in the last scene of The Searchers. You are a wonderful artist Michelle!
